The Vocations Office is dedicated to fostering vocations in general, with a particular emphasis on those called to the priesthood. It organizes various activities such as recollections, retreats, seminars, workshops, and provides accompaniment for individuals discerning their vocations. For seminarians, the Diocese operates the Mother of Apostles Minor Seminary, which plays a crucial role in preparing young men for the priesthood. Additionally, the Diocese is home to several major seminaries, including St. Mary’s Propaedeutic Seminary, Molo, St. Augustine’s Senior Seminary (Philosophicum), Mabanga St. Matthias Mulumba Senior Seminary (Theologicum), Tindinyo, St. Thomas Aquinas Seminary (Theologicum), Nairobi, and Christ the King, Nyeri. Each of these major and minor seminaries is overseen by a Rector, ensuring effective leadership and guidance in the formation of future priests.
